The striploin was perfectly cooked, with a nice char on the outside and a juicy and tender interior. The flavor was incredible, with a rich, beefy taste that was enhanced by the slight smokiness from the grill. The seasoning was minimal but well-balanced, with just the right amount of salt and pepper to enhance the natural flavor of the steak.
